Portland, Oregon’s largest city, generates a disproportionate share of Oregon’s jobs, tax revenue and, of course, headlines across the country. In recent years, it also has suffered disproportionately from problems encountered by businesses and individuals across the state. These include the effects of homelessness and unsanctioned camping, rising taxes and stagnating employment.
