ABOUT OREGON LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
Oregon Business and Industry’s Oregon Leadership Academy prepares business professionals to engage thoughtfully in public policy and statewide issues that affect Oregon communities and the economy. Graduates join a network of leaders committed to addressing the state’s most pressing challenges and shaping Oregon’s business climate and economic future.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
Oregon Leadership Academy is for emerging or rising leaders who are curious, committed and eager to make a difference. The program provides an opportunity to grow while exploring the policies, challenges and opportunities that shape Oregon’s economy and communities. Participants will engage with leaders from a variety of sectors, broaden your perspective, and build meaningful relationships, all while strengthening your ability to contribute to the state’s business climate and the long-term prosperity of Oregon.
WHAT IS THE COST?
Oregon Leadership Academy has partnered with sponsoring organizations to bring down the cost of participation. The 2026 cost is $350 and includes meals, lodging and a travel stipend.
