On June 27, officials with the Oregon Department of Education joined OBI in a webinar to discuss the implementation of the 2019 Student Success Act, which generates roughly $1 billion per year for education through the state’s corporate activity tax. The Oregon Audits Division of the Secretary of State’s Office examined implementation and oversight of the program recently in a Systematic Risk Report that received significant media attention, including a story and editorial in The Oregonian.
